To take advantage of either of these excellent services please follow the instructions below:

• Back up the phone book memory and any data on the handset as we cannot guarantee this will be saved.
• Take out your Sim Card and Memory Card and retain these. 
• Download the Repair Freepost form and complete this fully.
• Obtain proof of postage (Free of Charge) from the Post Office when sending the handset.
• Ensure the phone is packaged suitable to protect the phone
  (Jiffy bags can be ordered free of charge - please feel free to request one)
• Send the handset, Repair Freepost Form and Proof of Purchase* (*if you have it) to the below freepost address:

If the phone is not covered by the Manufacturer`s warranty, we will charge £10.00 to return the handset unrepaired.
